Canon Australia needed streamlined communication to nurture existing customers and attract new ones. During my time at eWave agency, I designed and coded technology-first, interactive and powerfully creative email campaigns that engaged their audiences and made Canon Australia stand out in inboxes. Each weekly campaign had its own distinct look and feel to keep it fresh, including GIF's and carousels for added interactivity, while still reflecting Canon's core brand and identity.
As one of the biggest imaging companies in the world, Canon Australia has numerous product categories and a diverse group of customers. To simplify this on small mobile real estate, I coded a drop-down menu into the email campaign. A technique rarely seen within emails, it allowed for a cleaner view, without sacrificing key content.
